apology to customers for missed work and shipping times
An emergency beyond our control arose on Dec 31, 2008 and due to the time needed to tend to the problem, I have been unable to work and tend to business tasks such as production of new items, email communication, and shipping. I apologize to my customers for the inconvenience. This will be day 7 that I have not been able to work.
