am wondering if seeing a shrink or going to the water would be a better plan

for the morning hours

getting an appt with the shrink may take a few days so i may as well grab the board.

i have to stop thinking about things

    Now why would you need a shrink? :-)

    I can relate. I'm having some issues right now. I can't afford a shrink, so I just ride my motorcycle. Go surf!
