oooh new project!!

so i wised up and ditched the antibiotic that was making me sick as a dog. serious malaise, wanted to sleep all day, no appetite, feeling of wanting to barf. yuck. i discontinued it a day and a half ago and feel better already. post surg pain is nonexistent i'm ready for anything now even tho doc orders say to lay low another four days. FINE. i might call him later and tell him i dc'd the AB and beg that he doesnt put me on another. only had another day and a half of pills to go anyways. i'll be noncompliant when things make me sick.

TY sold the couch so we turned the tv and after putting the baby to bed, lay in bed together and watched tv. a rare night off for him. loved it. Amazing Race contestants went to Phuket, a place i have long coveted.

i turned to him and said..hey, why don't we go to oahu, spend the summer, save up some cash, sell the condo and then go spend a few months in Malaysia with your family? and we can travel around to Singapore, Bali, Thailand, while we are there. The house in Arizona will be rented out for the next year anyways. We can live a few months in Malay for dirt cheap, his family has a place for us to stay and food is pretty cheap if you know where to go. It would be really neat to meet his family and see where TY is from and introduce the fam to the baby. If we vacationed there we would only be able to spend a few days but if we go for a couple of months, we could settle in and have a good visit.

we've always thought about buying a property on east side of malay, near the beach areas, as a 'vacation' home. i've always had a romantic notion about living near thailand and working part time as a nurse (not sure how feasible that would be) hmm maybe this is the opp to do it. before the kid is in school. I bet Morgan would love it too.

i love having new projects to think about and explore. am glad we are not normal and have wheels on our butts

ps i REALLY do not like that redhead on Amazing Race, SOOOOOOO rude to that elderly couple in the herbal shop. shame on her.

No one i know specifically, but an artist who caught my eye after another canyon conversation with a friend who lives in the desert. no he really lives IN the desert. he doesn't like walls unless they are golden or red and made of sandstone.

i belong to you canyon, i swore my life to you many years ago when i discovered you are my true home. but today i'm content on my island. i felt the cold of a northern front as i lay in bed, underneath a velvet blanket, and i was so happy to be warm. i dont like cold weather. i retract and my muscles ache and i curl up and crave fire. i never liked the snow. i didnt want to fall down and get wet so skiing never worked out. snow is for kids.

i dont like cold weather that has no reason to it. i love warm clothes, found some lovely wooly scarves lately that i'll be blogging about..Ellita i have not forgotten about you. i do not envy the fire stoves and the cold that creeps in when the shadows wane. nope i love my little tropical island today and i'm very grateful that tomorrow i can take this stuff to the post office and go stretch out on the fiery black sand somewhere and breathe with the goddess pele. i worship the sun.
